BBB XXIV EVENT RULES
Buses by the Bridge is a VW Bus only campout
– camping is restricted to Volkswagen buses.
PRIOR TO THE GATE OPENING LINING UP IS ALLOWED BUT…

Do not enter the line via the Bridgewater Hotel Alley – Enter further north on London Bridge Road

Be aware – once in line your bus may be blocked by other buses – There is no guarantee of a clear Exit path

RV’s and Truck with Trailers / Car Haulers must park in small lot across London Bridge Road
ONCE IN THE PARK…

5 MPH speed limit within the Event.

Event Parking Crew will direct you where and how to park; please follow their instructions.

Arguing with Event Staff or Parking Crew will not be tolerated.

Motorhomes, Travel Trailers, non-VW’s staying for the event must park in overflow parking.

Gates are open from 8 AM to 8 PM

No motorized scooters, e-bikes, minibikes or go-carts
CAMPING ETIQUETTE:

Please restrict glass containers to your vehicle.

Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM – no loud music, drums, yelling or generators

Keep your surrounds neat – properly dispose of trash.

Be Respectful of Others! Contact a member of the LBB or Security with any complaints.
CLUBS & GROUPS:

Tape, rope, barricades marking your area is to be taken down by 12 NOON on Thursday. After this time, you must open up unused space to other campers.

It is your responsibility to keep your camp orderly and members in your party under control. If you must be warned more than once you and your group will be asked to leave
DOG OWNERS:

All dogs need to be on a 6 feet or shorter leash.

It is your responsibility to clean up after your dog!
FIRES:

All fires must be in a RAISED fire pit – Fires are not allowed on grass or in RV Parking.

No dumping of ashes in trash barrels. Boy Scouts will collect in a wheelbarrow.

Aerial Luminaries (Sky Lanterns) and Fireworks are prohibited.
SWAPPING:

You can swap from your camp spot.
-
You must limit the area used to swap to your camp spot. Space will be limited due to the expected number of buses and non-compliance of a couple of groups at BBB XXIII who ignored Staff instructions.

You can only sell used items, handmade or unique items - You cannot sell like items of any official BBB vendor

You cannot set up like a vendor in your camp spot

If you feel you need more area to swap you can set up a swap spot in the main parking lot
